Grand-dad and his dad went out for a walk
In the cold blue starlight, walking hand in hand
Gazing upwards, couldn’t understand
In simple adoration they fell down on their knees
And both of them were filled with inner peace

Singing a song that he knows so well
And never will forget
A voice inside him

Have you ever asked yourself the reason why you’re living
y Have you ever felt so bad you’d almost want to give in
I can feel like that myself, but I’ve also come to see
That there’s indeed a reason to see it differently

Cause I heard about this man who walked out of his grave
And I began to realize he must have come to save
Pretty soon I found out that’s exactly what he said
And to make it very clear he rose from the dead
Ain’t that good news

I have seen a change in people who believe in him
And I have realized it can’t be just another whim
Furthermore the truth must be that Jesus is alive
And from this moment on you know that love will never die
Ain’t that good news

Now I spend my life together with a risen savior
There’ve been many changes in my mind and my behavior
There’s a kind of revolution going on within
And I know whose side I’m on and I know that we’ll win
