A long time ago, before ha started to talk
Grand-dad and his dad went out for a walk
In the cold blue starlight, walking hand in hand
Gazing upwards, couldn't understand
In simple adoration they fell down on their knees
And both of them were filled with inner peace

A world of wonder, land beside the ocean

We're born to love it, to explore it

This generation's gotta learn how to live
We've got to find a way to share and to give
Feel the real connection uniting big and small
The hand that rocked the cradle for us all
We have a lot in common, creatures far and near
All have a right and a reason to be here
