I used to go to Sunday-School, my mother took me there
We sang and talked abnout the Lord and spent some time in prayer
I really had a good vtime as I sat there listening
And every now and then all the children stood up to sing:
"Jag älskar söndagsskolan och villigt skyndar dit"
And things like that, I really had a good time, uh huh huh

Sunday morning nine o'clock we were dressed up to go
Me and my baby sister, who was born three years ago
We went together all the way from home to the church door
Gaily humming on the song we learned the week before:
"Liten är jag, men jag givit hela hjärtat åt min Gud"
We knew the words and understood the meaning, uh huh huh
Good old Sunday-School

Though so many years ago I still remember
All the happy times as Sunday-School member

I used to go to Sunday-School when I was just a kid
I nevber ever will forget or regret that I did
I loved Sunday-School, oh my Sunday-School
